Part of what we do here at Central Valley Habitat for Humanity is partner with local organizations to sponsor and build homes in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County. This means that a partner organization contacts us knowing that they’re interested in sponsoring a home, but they’re not always sure what the process is, how to schedule volunteers, and more. If this sounds like you, we’re here to help!

You can schedule someone from the Central Valley Habitat for Humanity team to come and present to your organization. We have worked with faith organizations, civic groups, businesses, and more, and as we build capacity we need sponsors now more than ever! The process starts with our staff, be that Kirsten, David, Brian (or all three!) scheduling a time to come and talk to your organization about what we do at Central Valley Habitat for Humanity and how you can be involved. You’ll hear about the responsibilities of partner organization, how to provide us with volunteers to work on site and on committees, how to raise the sponsorship amount required for partnership, and what it takes so successfully provide affordable housing to those in need.

We tailor our presentation to YOUR organization! Each one is a personalized experience where you can talk one on one with our staff.
